FlexMed Color Feeders are redefining the standard for quality and price. They feature stainless steel polished inside and out and all of the access points are machined to close tolerance eliminating ledges. High resolution accuracy and adaptive control can be added with the optional PLC control. With the optional PLC control you gain the ability to maintain dose control.
FlexMed Feeders offer many new features not available until now. In addition to the polished stainless steel construction the clamped design makes changing color quick and spill free. The result is a virtually self-cleaning surface and a housing that can withstand 100 PSI without leaking air and dust. The Flexmed Feeders are the first offered with an optional industrial PLC Control. The PLC control adjusts the speed of the feeder to match the feed cycle while maintaining the set dose of color. It also can control loaders so that they do not try to load during feeding. The PLC control includes a low color alarm as standard.
AAE was founded by Donald Rainville and industry veteran who spent over 25 years as president of Universal Dynamics, Inc. He first bought Megacolor in the late 80s and then started importing feeders from Movacolor early in this decade.
