In 40+ years in the industry, it is quite refreshing to find both service and quality in the same package, and both at a very reasonable price. I run a small molding shop and both of these qualities are imperative to me in order to make the best use of my limited resources. Follow-up calls from the owner (Don), to make sure things are working properly, and that I am satisfied, make for a very comfortable experience. As far as service goes, I ordered some extra gaskets (just in case). I was in no hurry for them, but they arrived the next day.

 I just installed the new dryer hopper adaptor. It is working perfectly conveying with dry air only.

The product looks as good as it works. You would be hard-pressed to find a company which does anything better.
